Samples: We only have samples of the face products at this time…so for foundation, finishing powders, powdered primers, you will find samples.

Turnaround Time: My goal is to offer the fastest shipping possible. For this reason I have remained closed longer then planned. I promised I would not open until I could have 24 to 48 hour turn around time.  But things do happen and if there is a change in the TAT it will be posted on the front page. I will check this daily and will update as needed. But officially the shipping time is 14 days.

When you buy DreamWorld’s products, you are acknowledging that you agree to these terms…and waive ALL claims against DreamWorld Minerals & Skin Care, it’s owner, employees and the products sold on our site. DreamWorld is not responsible for products not purchased from our site at all. We have no control once a product is sold and leaves our hands that it’s ingredients and state will remain without change.

We are in accordance with FDA Regulations. We do not claim that any of our products heal, cure, or are a treatment for a disease process.

Returns: Because of the  nature of my products, I do NOT accept returns. But I do want my customers to be happy, so if there is a product you get and you absolutely cannot stand it don’t hesitate to contact me so we can see if this can be worked out. 

If I make a mistake and send the wrong product, by all means let me know so I can get the right product out to you in the mail. It will ship as soon as possible, many times the same day, depending on the product. If the product is out of stock and has to be made, it may take longer.

Pictures: I have tried to get an accurate picture of all of my products here on the website, but as we all know, depending on computers and lighting, the pictures may look different.

Ingredients: If you do not see what you need to know about the ingredients on the ingredient page, then please contact me. Most of the ingredients to my products are on the ingredient page, but there are times that I do put them on the same page as the product, esp. if it’s a newer product. If there is a product that you are not familiar with and would like any other information on it, again, please contact me.

Privacy: When I was growing up, my dad had a saying that I was raised by and still follow to this day,

“Everybody’s business is nobody’s business.”

This is how I run my company and guard your privacy, so needless to say, your privacy is a very big concern of mine. I would never give out any information you have entrusted to me.

I can honestly tell you that the only time I will use your email address or home address is to send the package to you and send the email to let you know the package is on its way.

All info will be destroyed safely when I am no longer using it.

Payments:DreamWorld Minerals accepts all major credit cards through our pay pal vendor, along with pay pal. We do accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks also.

I will have to wait until it clears to send out the products, but as soon as it does clear, they will be in the mail.

With the money orders, paypal, and cashiers check, the products will go out immediately per my policy of waiting 24 hours so you can make changes to your order if you want to .

If you use an E check, again, I will have to wait until it clears, then the products will go out in the mail.

If I have a returned check, there is a $30.00 fee. I’m sorry it is so much, but that’s how much my bank charges.
