Samples: From now on, the policy on samples is only 2 identical samples per order… If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Turnaround Time: My goal is to offer the fastest shipping possible. But now that I have been in business long enough I have found that there are other things that are important too. One of those is high quality products.

So for a policy, even though I am in the process of revamping my procedures and products…I am going to keep shipping turnaround time at 2 weeks. Many times it will be much faster then that, but there are times it will take up to the 2 weeks for the shipping notice to go out.

I am one person. I am the creator, packager, shipper, and customer service for DreamWorld. I will make all attempts to keep you aware of the stage of your order. But if there is ever any questions, never hesitate to notify me. If the order will be later then the 2 week period, I will make all attempts to place this information on the front of the website for all to see.

Returns: I do not accept returns on my products. But for this reason, I do offer reasonably priced samples in all of my products. There is enough there to give you the opportunity to try out my shadows, cheek colors, top coats, and other products to see if you like them or not. You will find that the foundation, finishing powders and primer samples are larger in size from other samples. I believe that when you are trying out these products there should be enough there for multiple uses.

If I make a mistake and send the wrong product, by all means let me know so I can get the right product out to you in the mail. It will ship as soon as possible, many times the same day, depending on the product. If the product is out of stock and has to be made, it may take longer.

I have tried to get an accurate picture of all of my products here on the website, but as we all know, depending on computers and lighting, the pictures may look different. For this reason, along with the others I have mentioned, I again encourage everyone to take advantage of my samples before buying full sized products.

If you do not see what you need to know about the ingredients on the ingredient page, then please contact me. Most of the ingredients to my products are on the ingredient page, but there are times that I do put them on the same page as the product, esp. if it’s a newer product. If there is a product that you are not familiar with and would like any other information on it, again, please contact me.

Special Formulations: If there is a foundation that you use, please send me a sample. I will compare it with the foundations that I have made and if there is nothing that matches I will contact you. If you request, I will do a special formulation, but there is an additional cost for this. This will be agreed upon and paid before I do the mixing.

But I do take suggestions on what ladies would like to see. Many times you will see these in the future as I do listen closely to everything you say, but as with everything…they take time.

Privacy: When I was growing up, my dad had a saying that I was raised by and still follow to this day,

“Everybody’s business is nobody’s business.”

This is how I run my company and guard your privacy, so needless to say, your privacy is a very big concern of mine. I would never give out any information you have entrusted to me.

I can honestly tell you that the only time I will use your email address or home address is to send the package to you and send the email to let you know the package is on its way.

If you have placed a special order, I may communicate with you through the email as needed, but again, that will be the end of it.

All info will be destroyed safely when I am no longer using it.

Payments: From the time you place your order you have 24 hours to change or cancel your order before we start processing it.

I will have to wait until it clears to send out the products, but as soon as it does clear, they will be in the mail.

With the money orders, paypal, and cashiers check, the products will go out immediately per my policy of waiting 24 hours so you can make changes to your order if you want to .

If you use an E check, again, I will have to wait until it clears, then the products will go out in the mail.

If I have a returned check, there is a $30.00 fee. I’m sorry it is so much, but that’s how much my bank charges.
